Brad Dixon

Brad Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Brad began their career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate 1st Class, Nuclear Power. After serving in the navy for six years, they moved on to work at UPS as a Part-time Package Sorter and later became a Delivery Driver.

In 1998, Brad joined MassMutual Financial Group as a Systems Analyst and went on to hold various roles as an SAP HCM Systems Consultant, SAP BW Systems Consultant, and Senior SAP ICM Systems Consultant.

In 2010, Brad transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, joining Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Manager in Business Intelligence. Over the years, they took on increasing responsibilities, becoming an Associate Director in charge of BI and Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, and finally Strategic Technologies.

Brad's most recent position was with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director in charge of Strategic Technologies.

In 2023, Brad will be joining SpringWorks Therapeutics as the Director of Business Systems Service Delivery.

Brad Dixon has a BA degree in Mathematics from Virginia Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 1992-1996. Brad also holds an MS degree in Management with an emphasis in IT from Rensselaer at Work, which they obtained from 2002-2004. Furthermore, Brad has a high school diploma from Rosemount High School, which they earned from 1982-1985. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in 2015 and the Project Management: Iterative Methods certification from LinkedIn in 2020. Additionally, Brad has a certification as a Certified MM Nuclear Operator from Naval Nuclear Power School, which they acquired in 1987.
