Jennifer Caracciolo Anderson Phr

Jennifer Caracciolo Anderson PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Jennifer is currently the Director of HR Partnering & Organization Development at SpringWorks Therapeutics, where they work closely with the Chief People Officer to implement the company's people strategy. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director of HR Partnering at the same company, where they were responsible for defining and implementing the HR Business Partner function. In addition, Jennifer has worked at Novozymes as a Senior P&O Partner/HR Manager, where they oversaw policies and programs related to strategic planning, organizational design, and employee relations. Jennifer also worked as an Organizational Development Partner at Novozymes, focusing on strategic workforce planning and talent management. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at DSM Nutritional Products as a HR Business Partner and at Exelis as a HR Generalist, where they provided HR insights and support for multiple locations and acquisitions.

Jennifer Caracciolo Anderson PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Legal Environment of Business from Penn State University. Jennifer also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Jennifer has additional certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
