Rohan Mankad

Rohan Mankad has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rohan started their career as a Summer Intern at Hamex Pharmaceuticals in 2018, where they gained knowledge about commercial aspects, export documentation, and procedures. In 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Growing People, where they handled recruiting portals, wrote job descriptions, and screened resumes. During 2020, Rohan interned at Zipgrid as a Human Resources Intern, where they handled recruitment for various positions and scheduled interviews. In 2021, they joined Springworks as an HR Executive, responsible for end-to-end HR tasks, including onboarding, performance management, offboarding, and employee engagement. Rohan eventually became a People Officer at Springworks in 2023, co-leading the HR function and driving strategic initiatives. Additionally, Rohan was a Community Member at The Shape of Work in 2022, where they actively participated in networking and learned from industry experts. Overall, Rohan's work experience showcases their expertise in HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Rohan Mankad started their education at D R Amin Memorial School, where they obtained their SSC degree in the year 2015. Rohan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Rohan completed their undergraduate studies between 2017 and 2020.

After their bachelor's degree, Rohan pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with a specialization in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Rohan completed this program between 2020 and 2021.

Continuing their educational journey, Rohan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource from Liverpool Business School, starting in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Rohan has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the "Fundamentals of Human Resources Management" certification from the National Skill Development Corporation. In 2021, they earned a Post Graduation Certificate in Human Resource Management from upGrad. In 2022, they obtained an "Employee Experience" certification from LinkedIn.
