Aman Jain

Aman Jain started their work experience as an Android Developer Intern at Wishtree Technologies in 2013. During this time, they created an Android game app called "Broken Puzzles" using AndEngine and implemented a notification system for the existing app "Eye My Baby".

In 2014, Aman joined Sprinklr as a Product Engineer Intern and then transitioned into a full-time role as a Product Engineer. In this position, they implemented modern front-end workflows, such as responsive web design and automation through npm scripts/gulp. Aman was involved in the development of the Content Marketing Module, which is used by a significant percentage of Fortune 50 companies. Aman also worked on creating interactive charts and visualizations for the Reporting Module using D3.

Aman was later promoted to the role of Senior Product Engineer at Sprinklr. Aman led a team of 10 engineers to design and develop a new Advertising module that received recognition for its exceptional UI and performance. Aman played a crucial role in migrating the Advertising module to a new front-end stack and collaborated closely with User Experience designers, Marketing team, and Product team to develop various features.

Currently, Aman is working as a Lead Product Engineer at Sprinklr. Aman is the product owner of the Advertising module, responsible for its usability and architecture. Aman has contributed to the module's success, which generates significant revenue for the company and is used by Fortune 500 companies. Aman has promoted reliable and scalable code practices by encouraging code reviews, test case writing, and reducing dependency on manual testing to improve platform reliability and stability. Aman also mentors employees and guides them in implementing important projects.

From 2010 to 2014, Aman Jain studied at DA-IICT, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information and Communication Technology.
