Ashish Dua

Ashish Dua has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Ashish is currently working at Sprinklr as the Sr. Director Culture & Talent - APJ, starting in December 2021.

Prior to that, Ashish worked at SAP in multiple roles. From June 2020 to December 2021, they served as the Head APJ&C Early Talent Hiring. Additionally, from June 2020 to June 2020, they held the position of Head APJ&C Early Talent Hiring.

Ashish also worked at SAP Concur, where they held the position of Head Of Human Resources & Country Director (Interim) from September 2018 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources from February 2016 to December 2021.

Ashish Dua has also worked at SAP LABS India as a Senior Principal Consultant Human Resources from September 2012 to December 2021.

Prior to joining SAP, they worked at TCS BPO as a Sr. Manager HR from June 2009 to September 2012.

Ashish's earlier work experience includes roles at SearchWorks as a Consultant from October 2007 to June 2009, and at Infosys BPO in Recruitment from May 2006 to October 2007.

Ashish Dua completed their Bachelor's degree in B.COM (H) from DAV College in Chandigarh from 2000 to 2003. Ashish then pursued an MBA in HR and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2004 to 2006.
