Chetan Manda

Chetan Manda serves as the Director of Product Management at Sprinklr since August 2020, focusing on critical innovation tracks alongside the founder and CEO. With a progressive career at Sprinklr, responsibilities have included scaling revenue for flagship self-service solutions, building AI digital twins for customer service, and managing product roadmaps across various roles. Chetan's previous entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Vocle, aimed at assisting the hard of hearing community, and contributions to several startup ecosystems as a fellow at On Deck and Gitcoin. Chetan has also been an integral member of the design teams at Techniche in IIT Guwahati and various internships, building a strong foundation in product design and user experience. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, with a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Chetan combines technical expertise with a passion for product growth and innovation.
