Stefanie Tillaert has a diverse range of work experience that spans over a decade. Stefanie is currently a Senior Success Manager at Sprinklr, where they manage global strategic accounts for Stellantis. Stefanie'srole involves developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and agencies, with a focus on building trust and delivering value.

Before joining Sprinklr, Stefanie worked at Zeta Global (formerly IgnitionOne) as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing global accounts in the automotive industry, including PSA, Opel-Vauxhall, Nissan Europe, Infiniti, and LVMH. Stefanie excelled in various areas such as roadmap and success planning, product consulting, business reviews, renewal management, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Prior to Zeta Global, Stefanie worked at IgnitionOne as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed key accounts such as PSA and Infiniti. Stefanie'sresponsibilities included roadmap and product consulting, performance analysis, campaign management, implementation, and stakeholder coordination.

Stefanie also has experience at Publicis Sapient, where they served as a Client Partner and Digital Account Manager for Nissan Europe. Stefanie played a crucial role in implementing digital communication, marketing, and SOME strategies across France and Benelux.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Partnership Development Manager at TravelBird, where they were responsible for creating and offering travel deals across multiple European countries. Stefanie also worked at Sanoma Media Netherlands as an Advertising Account Manager and Assistant, and at Fiducial as a Recruitment Assistant.

Stefanie Tillaert completed their education from 2003 to 2008 at Ghent University, where they obtained a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and HR Management. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in March 2008.
