Anthony Watkiss

Anthony Watkiss has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Anthony began their career in 2001 at Telefónica UK, where they held three different roles: 2nd Line Technical Analyst, Customer Technical Support, and Select - Customer Services. In 2014, they joined Vet Space Ltd as a Support Team Leader, 2nd Line Support Engineer, and 1st Line Support Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Roeville as a Software Support Coordinator and PROACTIS as a 3rd Line Technical Software Support Analyst. Currently, Anthony is an Application Support Engineer at Sprint Enterprise Technology, where they are responsible for supporting Fastrak and FINIO web applications, running and writing Microsoft SQL queries, and replicating and documenting customer problems.

Anthony Watkiss attended Christopher Paul Training from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a Customer Service degree. From 1994 to 1997, they attended Huddersfield Technical College and obtained an Information Technology degree. Additionally, Anthony Watkiss obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2021.
