Xolisiwe Ndlovu possesses extensive experience in labour relations and program coordination, currently serving as President of CUPE Local 7797 since May 2016, where responsibilities include grievances, mediation, negotiations, and writing labour contracts. Concurrently, Xolisiwe has been a Coordinator at SPRINT Senior Care since July 2009, managing staff scheduling, training new hires, and overseeing administrative tasks. Previous experience includes a role as a proofreader for the Ontario Ministry of Energy from September 2002 to September 2003. Xolisiwe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe and a range of diplomas in legal assistance, labour law, and social work from various institutions.
