Jerome James

Jerome James possesses extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Director at SPRINTZ since February 1989. In this role, Jerome oversees daily operations for an MPLS-WAN network, focusing on project management, technical support, systems programming, and computer operations within a diverse environment that includes Cisco-Meraki, IBM AIX UNIX, and various Microsoft server versions. Key responsibilities also include consulting with computer users to assess and meet their needs, as well as providing training and helpdesk support. Prior to SPRINTZ, Jerome worked as IT Manager at Colwell Mortgage Corp from May 1985 to June 1988. Jerome holds an Associate of Science degree in Business/Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Draughons College, completed from 1979 to 1984.
