Shiao Chan has extensive work experience in various marketing and brand management roles. This includes being the Head of Marketing at Spritzer Bhd since 2021. Prior to this, Shiao was the Head Consultant at Brandsenz from 2019 to 2021, where they led the development of business strategies, brand stories, and social media strategies for FMCG brands and startups in Malaysia. Shiao also held the position of Head of Innovation/Marketing Development at Arla Foods from 2015 to 2018, where they focused on the Milk, Yogurt, and Cheese category in China and the Philippines. Before that, Shiao served as the Regional Category Manager for SEA, ME & Africa at Lee Kum Kee from 2010 to 2015. They also have experience as a Brand Manager at F&N Foods from 2009 to 2010 and as an Assistant Brand Manager at Unilever from 2004 to 2009.
Shiao, Chan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Malaya.
