Caroline Donally

Caroline Donally is the Managing Director at Sprott. Prior to their current position, they were with Highland Copper Company Inc. and Denham Capital. Caroline has over 15 years of experience in resource finance, with a focus on providing financing to mining companies in South Africa and cross-border into the rest of Africa. Companies need not have a major balance sheet, nor have any existing operating mines. Caroline has been involved in preference share transactions, BEE transactions and providing acquisition finance to companies acquiring mines and operations.

Caroline Donally has a Bcom in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, and they also went to The Glen High.

Their manager is Whitney George, CEO. They work with Caroline Donally - Managing Director, Sprott Inc & Managing Partner, Sprott Resource Streaming and Royalty, Caroline Donally - Managing Director, and Arthur Einav - General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Senior MD & Co-Head, Enterprise Shared Services Group.
