James Wilschke is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Sprout LA since March 2021, James previously held the position of Chef De Partie at Vibiana from April 2019 to March 2021, and prior to that, James was the Executive Chef at Proper Hospitality from August 2017 to August 2018.
