Renzo Belardo

Renzo Belardo serves as the Vice President of Growth at Sprout Solutions, where responsibilities include expanding business capabilities and marketing strategies for the largest HR Tech and B2B SaaS provider in the Philippines. Prior to this role, Renzo held several senior marketing positions, including Vice President of Integrated Marketing at Sprout Solutions and South East Asia Marketing Manager at JCurve Solutions. Experience also includes strategic advisory roles and leadership positions at TaskUs, EMAPTA, TOA Global, Microsoft Asia Pacific, IBM Philippines, Singapore Press Holdings, and Sun Microsystems, showcasing a strong background in marketing, demand generation, and business development across various sectors. Renzo holds a degree in AB Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
