Devang Shah

Devang Shah is the current COO and co-founder of Sproutlogix. Prior to this, they served as an advisory board member for HR.com from February 2021 to March 2022. In this role, Devang helped to drive industry direction, insights, and thought leadership with the goals of influencing and creating best practices for advancing the competencies and skills of HR professionals.

Before HR.com, Devang was an advisory board member for CloudCompanions Technology Pvt. Ltd. from February 2020 to February 2022. In this role, Devang provided strategic guidance on business strategy, sales & marketing, financial oversight, and GTM.

Devang also served as a member of the board of advisors for Brainizen from November 2019 to April 2022. In this role, Devang worked strategically with founders on their sales strategy, financial planning, and overall corporate strategy.

In addition to their roles as an advisor, Devang has also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Sproutlogix from May 2016 to November 2021 and as the APAC Head for Citi from November 2004 to May 2016. Most recently, Devang served as a Senior Consultant for BearingPoint from April 2004 to November 2004.

Devang Shah has received an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in International Finance & Leadership, a BS from NYU Stern School of Business in Finance & Information Systems, and certification from Harvard University in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles. Devang also holds certification from LinkedIn in Economics for Business Leaders, Measuring Learning Effectiveness, Pitching to Investors, Cryptocurrency Foundations, and Artificial Intelligence for Marketing.
