Byron Lindemann

Byron Lindemann has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market since April 2018, following a role as Senior Human Resources Advisor. Responsibilities include strategic talent planning, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR investigations. Prior to joining Sprouts, Byron held the position of HR Business Partner where expertise in leadership, talent management, and employee relations was developed. From August 1990 to June 2017, Byron worked at Sam's Club, where roles included Human Resource Manager and Club Manager, focusing on cultural engagement, performance management, and operational excellence within the competitive Dallas/Fort Worth market. Byron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
