Rich Innes

Rich Innes has over 15 years of work experience in various auditing and financial roles. Rich started their career as an Assistant Controller at Matador Capital in 2004 before moving on to become a Senior Associate at KPMG in 2005. In 2008, they joined First Solar as a Manager of Internal Audit, where they stayed until 2012. At First Solar, they excelled in overseeing internal audits and risk assessments. Since 2012, Rich has been working as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Sprouts Farmers Market, where they are responsible for leading audit coordination, planning, execution, and reporting. Rich also prepares formal reports, presents results to the Audit Committee, and develops annual audit plans.

Rich Innes holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution. Rich also has an Associate's degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University. In addition, Rich Innes is a Certified Public Accountant.
