Emmet Ward is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and workforce planning. Currently serving as Workforce Planning Manager and previously as Customer Support Manager at Sprout Social, Inc. since December 2021, Emmet has held various leadership roles in customer service, including Customer Service Team Manager at Workhuman and Lidl Ireland.
