Rachael Pfenning

Rachael Pfenning is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Sprout Social, Inc. since August 2010, Rachael has held multiple leadership roles, including interim Chief People Officer and Vice President of Operations. Prior to Sprout Social, Rachael worked at Six Apart as Publisher Development Manager, where responsibilities included developing social media strategies and managing monetization plans for strategic partnerships. Rachael's experience also includes product marketing roles at Adobe Systems and Provident Bank & Trust Belize Ltd., where significant marketing initiatives and cloud computing services were developed. Rachael holds an MBA in Technology & Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Boston College.
