Basil L. Parker

Basil L. Parker was named Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in February of 2021.

He has more than 25 years of IT and cyber market experience. In his new position, he is responsible for helping Spry's executive leadership team craft a multiyear growth framework.

As the federal CIO, he helped the Office of Management and Budget monitor technology investments at federal agencies.

Parker previously served as chief of staff and senior adviser to the director for IT and cyber workforce development in the Office of Personnel Management.

His industry career included federal cyber market experience at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and ASRC Federal.

He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and a Certified Information Security Manager.
