André Karjoth

Andre Karjoth is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Group General Counsel, VP Legal, Compliance, Data Protection & Information Security at Spryker, a position held since August 2016. Karjoth has also been a co-founder of PflegeTreib GmbH since August 2020 and the founder and investor at Andre Karjoth Invest & Consulting since June 2018. Previously, Karjoth worked as Legal Counsel at LemonSwan from December 2017 to October 2021, Head of Legal at LOVOO for a brief period in 2016, and led the legal department at Parship Group from October 2009 to May 2016. Education includes a first state examination in law from the University of Hamburg and a second state examination from the Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, complemented by studies at the University of Toronto.
