Christian Haas is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and account management, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Success for Automotive and Industrial Goods at Spryker since April 2022. In this role, Christian manages strategic customer relationships in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors, ensuring successful implementations and ongoing operations. Prior experience includes a decade at cleverbridge, where Christian held various leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Accounts and Director of Client Management EMEA, focusing on client retention and business growth.
