Paul Spangle

Paul Spangle is a seasoned leadership coach and HR business partner, currently serving at Groveland Leadership and SPS Commerce since January and October 2024, respectively. With extensive experience in talent initiatives at UnitedHealthcare from June 2019 to August 2023, Paul held various roles, including Director of Talent Initiatives and People Business Partner. Additionally, Paul gained foundational expertise as a Human Capital Analyst at UnitedHealth Group from June 2017 to June 2019. Earlier roles include Assistant Director at the University of Minnesota's CLA Undergraduate Education and Colby College, as well as an Assistant Director of Student Leadership at MIT. Paul holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and has a Master's in College Student Counseling from Minnesota State University, in addition to a BA in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
