Tom Browne

Tom Browne is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at SPS New England, Inc. since June 2002, Tom has successfully handled major projects including various drawbridges and interchanges with significant contract values. Prior to this role, Tom worked at McLean Contracting Company as a Senior Estimator/Contract Manager, contributing to major military and transportation projects. Tom’s career also includes positions as a Project Superintendent at Empire Construction Company and significant engineering roles at Peter Kiewit Sons Company and Kiewit Raymond Tidewater. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
