Lance Martin

Lance Martin currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at SPS PoolCare since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lance held various positions at Terminix from March 1993 to January 2023, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of multiple divisions. Lance's extensive experience in operational leadership spans nearly three decades, showcasing a strong background in managing diverse teams and driving company performance. Educated at the University of Central Oklahoma, Lance earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General, between 1989 and 1992.
