Arne Rosenhagen

Arne Rosenhagen has a diverse work experience that spans several companies within the biotech and laboratory equipment industry. Starting in 1994, they worked at Sartorius in various roles including Technical Sales Specialist, Head of Field Marketing Asia Pacific, and Head of Product Management Services. In 2002, they joined Beckman Coulter as the Director of Customer Support. Arne then returned to Sartorius in 2007, taking on the role of Vice President Services, where they were responsible for managing the service and spare parts business worldwide. In 2018, Rosenhagen moved to Eppendorf Group as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Services, overseeing the strategic and operational management of the global service and spare parts business. Currently, they are the Vice President and Head of Global After Sales at SPT Labtech, where they are also a member of the Executive Committee. Throughout their career, Rosenhagen has been involved in various transformation projects, IT governance, and FDA approvals.

Arne Rosenhagen began their education in 1987 at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they earned a degree in Chemical Engineering, specifically a Dipl.-Ing, in 1993. In 2000, they attended GHW Unternehmensberatung GmbH for a course in Key Account Management according to Miller Heyman. Additionally, in the same year, they also participated in a Programme for pharmaceutical engineers (cGMP-Expert) at Concept Heidelberg GmbH. In 2010, they enrolled in the St. Galler Business School for a St. Galler Finance Course. Finally, in 2017, they attended the St. Gallen Business School for a course in Strategic Management for Executives.
