Josh Solanki

Josh Solanki has a strong background in HR and leadership roles. Josh is currently the Group HR Director at SPT Labtech, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead HR Business Partner (Global) at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) from September 2021 to January 2023. Josh also served as the Lead HR Business Partner (Global) at Johnson Matthey from April 2017 to August 2021, where they played a crucial role in addressing transformational change and implementing various change and transformation programs. Before that, they were the HR Director at Xaar from July 2009 to February 2017, overseeing global HR strategy and operations in a fast-growth company. Josh has also gained experience at Qualcomm, Napp Pharmaceuticals Limited, Analysys Mason, and Cambridge Animation Systems Ltd., where they held various HR and training roles.

Josh Solanki obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. In 2007, they pursued further education at Anglia Ruskin University, earning a qualification in Human Resources Management and Services through the FCIPD Institute of Personnel & Development.
