Tony Mellor

Tony Mellor is an accomplished Product Support Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry. Currently at SPTS Technologies Ltd since June 2007, Tony has also held positions at Aviza Technologies and Neath Port Talbot Recycling Ltd, where responsibilities included installation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical thin film formation technologies. Previous roles involved significant international travel for technical support and installation projects, particularly in Taiwan and the USA. Tony holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of South Wales and a Master of Science in Applied Instrumentation and Control from Glasgow Caledonian University. Technical skills include PLC fault diagnosis, high vacuum systems, and advanced control systems.
