Reed Smith has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Afena Federal Credit Union, where they generated new business and increased net new loan amounts. In 2011, they became the Head of Marketing at Larson Financial Group, where they significantly increased firm revenue and led various digital initiatives. In 2013, Reed Smith co-founded and served as the Chief Product Officer at TriAD CTV®, Campaign Ad-Cloud®, and Spur Interactiv, where they developed innovative advertising technology platforms. They also co-founded Vendor2Member, a successful technology start-up, where they managed all business aspects and grew the e-commerce platform to over 1 million products.
Reed Smith attended Taylor University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing. Later, Reed pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at the same institution. Reed also completed a course in Advanced Digital Marketing at the University of San Francisco.
