Amanda Eakin

Amanda Eakin started their work experience in 2013 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Dalby Cancer Research Lab. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Reporter and Producer for The Daily Texan, a college publication. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Motiliti Inc. Amanda then joined Sputnik ATX VC, where they held various roles including Marketing Director, Senior Associate, and currently serves as a Principal. In 2023, they became a Board Member at the Austin Swing Syndicate, a nonprofit organization focused on swing dance.

Amanda Eakin earned their B.S.A. in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, they studied Psychology at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2011 to 2012. Amanda completed their high school education at The Woodlands High School from 2007 to 2011. Amanda also briefly attended the University of Otago in 2014, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
