Florian Thomas

Florian Thomas, CPSM, has extensive expertise in global sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as Directeur Achat and Senior Global Category Sourcing Manager at SPX FLOW, Inc. since April 2022, overseeing operations for 15 main sites across EMEA, North America, and APAC with a significant spend of $100 million and managing high complexity across 20,000 parts. Prior to this role, Florian held various leadership positions at GE Renewable Energy from November 2015 to April 2022, focusing on offshore wind sourcing and project execution, with a notable track record in cost reduction and localization strategies. Florian's earlier experience includes roles at Alstom, Airbus, and Aston Martin, where skills in project management, sourcing, and process improvement were developed. Florian holds multiple advanced degrees in business and supply chain management, including a CPSM certification from the Institute for Supply Management, and has completed Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt training.
