Shashank Moghe

Shashank Moghe has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Shashank currently works at SPX FLOW, Inc. where they hold the position of Lead – Technology & Innovation. Prior to this role, they served as an R&D Technical Project Lead and a Research and Development Engineer IV at the same company.

Before joining SPX FLOW, Inc., Shashank worked at MAHLE as a Deputy Engineering Manager - CAE, where they served for two years. Earlier in their career, Shashank served as a Software Engineer at GeometricPLM, where they developed a Computer Aided Design (CAD) application. Shashank also worked as a Design Engineer at Delta Engineering, where they designed flow process elements and represented the Design department in the ISO quality audit.

Shashank also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar, from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Shashank has earned certifications such as "Project Management Foundations" from the Project Management Institute in 2021 and "Project Management Jumpstart" in 2018. Shashank is currently pursuing the certification "Become a Project Manager" from LinkedIn, expected to be obtained in 2023.
