Owen Hood

Owen joined SpyGlass in the summer of 2003 as its first employee. In Owen’s current role, he is responsible for managing all of SpyGlass’ business analytics tools and activities. This includes day-to-day management and development of SpyGlass’ proprietary workflow and database software; senior management of its software developers; and support of all SpyGlass departments with data to drive efficient operations and client experience. Since joining SpyGlass, Owen has been instrumental in the development of the company’s analytical processes and procedures and in the training of all of SpyGlass’ analytical team members.

Owen graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Systems Management in 2003.
