Hugo Glover

Hugo Glover has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2012, they worked in sport sponsorship at iLUKA for three months. In 2013, they gained experience in corporate finance with a focus on real estate and construction at Cairn Capital. In 2014, they completed a management internship at T Stanes and Company LTD. Later in the same year, they joined Polus Capital Management, where they held roles in asset management for real estate credit and distressed debt, as well as corporate finance, focusing on advisory, capital raising, and restructuring activities. During this time, they worked on debt capital market financings in various jurisdictions. In 2017, they became a member of the YPREF Advisory Board at CREFC Europe. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Funding & Product at sqft.capital, a digital brokerage and data business aimed at UK property developers.

Hugo Glover attended Windlesham House School from 2005 to 2010, and then went on to Bradfield College for the same duration. Following that, they studied at Oxford Brookes University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business.
