Akshay Padhye has been working in the customer service industry since 2016. Akshay started as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited, where they were responsible for resolving issues with customer purchased orders and submitting returns, refunds, and replacements based on available policies. Akshay then moved to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, where they held two roles. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, they were responsible for assisting businesses using the AWS platform with their complex accounts and billing-related issues. Akshay also trained 50+ Customer Service Representatives with process and policy refreshers. As a Customer Service Technical Support Associate, they were the primary point of contact for all AWS customers with their inquiries and updated 20 policies to improve the customer experience. Akshay is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at Squadcast since 2022.
