Zoily Ramos-Lopez has worked in various roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Associate and Assistant Manager at Hot Topic. During this time, they created superior customer experiences, had expert product knowledge, and stayed up to date with the latest fashion styles and trends. In 2016, Zoily Ramos-Lopez became the Assistant Warehouse Manager at Athena's Home Novelties, where they managed the company warehouse, handled invoices for online orders, and shipped packages. Zoily also became highly proficient in UPS shipping program and USPS Click & Ship. From 2014 to 2018, Zoily Ramos-Lopez worked as a Sales Associate at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America, where they beat personal sales goals and quotas, had expert product knowledge and the ability to memorize lush products various natural ingredients and their origins, and provided excellent customer service that resulted in building long-term customer relationships. Lastly, from 2018 to present, Zoily Ramos-Lopez has worked as a Customer Service Representative and Embroiderer at SquadLocker, where they decorate garments with embroidery and heat applied graphics for sports teams, companies, private schools and others. Zoily also operates multiple embroidery machines and consistently meets deadlines, even during the busy season.
