Alistair Mills

Alistair Mills is an accomplished Asset Manager specializing in renewables at Squadron Energy since October 2023, overseeing the entire lifecycle of renewable assets to optimize performance and financial returns. Prior to this, Alistair worked at Pacific Hydro Australia from January 2009 to September 2023, holding various roles including Asset Optimisation and Integration Manager, where technical and financial performance of assets was maximized, and Manager of Group Asset Management, responsible for developing and governing the Asset Management System. Alistair's experience also includes serving as a Senior Asset Management Engineer at Hydro Tasmania, leading a Production Engineering team to enhance generation asset production, and holding leadership positions at Hamerley Iron focused on maintenance management. Alistair holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University (1989-1992).
