As Executive Vice President of Business Transformation and Operational Excellence, Don drives the Operational Excellence strategy across SQUAN by defining and driving business excellence, streamlining operations and building new solutions to simplify business processes and deliver on strategic objectives. Don creates and implements the vision and strategy for infrastructure systems and processes required to support SQUAN’s current and future strategy along with working with other members of the leadership team to drive efficient, consistent and repeatable processes.
Over the last 25 years, Don has played key senior level operations and technology management roles in the telecommunications Industry. Don’s experience has ranged from fast moving start-ups to fortune 50 organizations selling telecommunication services, network solutions and software solutions. Don’s primary focus was on delivering restructuring initiatives, sales enablement, sales restructuring, customer experience, customer support, complex customer contract negotiations, strategic partnerships and alliances, pricing, sales operations, finance and Human Resource.
Don holds a BS in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
