Amy Maglalang

Amy Maglalang, CPA, has over a decade of experience in corporate tax, currently serving at Squar Milner since February 2014. Prior to this role, Amy spent nearly six years at Ernst & Young as a Senior Tax Accountant, where responsibilities included the preparation and review of year-end and quarterly tax provision computations, as well as managing the recognition and measurement of uncertain tax positions under ASC 740. Amy has developed expertise in both tax provision and tax return processes, contributing to financial statement disclosures for public and non-public companies.
