Mozammel Hoque

Mozammel Hoque (Tushar), CLDP, CTMP, has extensive experience in Learning and Organizational Development, currently serving as a Senior Executive at Square Pharmaceuticals PLC since April 2015. Key responsibilities include leading Training Needs Analysis (TNA) programs, managing talent identification and development initiatives, overseeing training budgets, and maintaining external partnerships for training purposes. Recognized as a High Potential Young Talent in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, major achievements include co-leading the design and development of an eLearning Portal. In addition to current responsibilities, Mozammel Hoque works as an HR Business Partner at Square Health Ltd., focusing on HR strategy development, recruitment, and employee relations. Mozammel Hoque holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka.
