Jean-Damien Artarit

Jean-Damien Artarit is an experienced quant portfolio manager at Squarepoint Capital since December 2014. Prior to this role, Jean-Damien held various positions at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank from September 2008 to December 2014, including Director and Vice President specializing in Quantitative Trading in both Tokyo and New York. Jean-Damien began the career in quantitative trading at Lehman Brothers and has also worked as an intern in the Quantitative Research Group at Bloomberg. Military experience includes a position as a lieutenant in the French Army, serving as a platoon leader in Martinique. Academically, Jean-Damien earned a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University.
