Joe Waldron

Joe Waldron has extensive experience in operations and financial analysis, currently serving in an operations role at Squarepoint Capital since May 2022. Prior to this position, Joe worked at Barclays Investment Bank as a Prime Brokerage Analyst and held a role as a Business Implementation Analyst. Joe's career began at Barclays as an AFTER Programme Intern, where responsibilities included implementing internal leadership development programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Team Leader in the British Army, managing a team to meet high standards within deadlines, and working as a Retail Assistant at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, providing excellent customer service. Joe holds A levels in Biology, Geography, and Physical Education from Glyn School.
