Paul Kerrigan

Paul Kerrigan currently serves as an Assistant Chief Operating Officer (Technology) and Core Data Team Lead at Squarepoint Capital, where responsibilities include the design and delivery of various data services since August 2017. Previously, Paul was a kdb+ Developer at Kx Systems from October 2015 to August 2017, where contributions were made to the development of client-facing products in derivatives portfolio optimization and core analytics for Kx for Retail. A research project was undertaken as a Research Assistant at The University of Tokyo in 2014, focusing on synthesizing and characterizing a rare-earth compound. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin (2011-2015) and completed the Irish Leaving Certificate at Pobalscoil Neasain (2005-2011), covering subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
