Janice C.

Janice C. is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in incident response, observability, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Incident Response and Observability at Squarespace, Janice has previously held key roles including Director of Software Engineering at WeWork, Engineering Manager for DevOps at Refinery29, Inc., and Technical Project Manager in both Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Engineering at iHeartMedia and Gilt Groupe, respectively. Janice holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
