Basil Thomas

Basil Thomas has experience working in the software engineering field since 2010. Basil started their career at Reliance Communications in 2008 as a Deputy Manager, where they were responsible for quality assurance and testing of telecom equipment. In 2010, they joined Squire Technologies as a Software Engineer and later worked as an Engineering Team Lead from 2011 to 2013. Basil then became a Senior Software Engineer and eventually a Software Engineering Team Lead at the same company in July 2018.

Basil Thomas completed their Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Oxford from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut from 2004 to 2008. Basil completed their Senior Secondary education in Computer Science from Vimalagiri Public School, Kothamangalam, starting in 1992 and ending in 2004. Additionally, Basil obtained various certifications in subjects such as Business Foundations, Change Management, Data Science, Leadership, and Finance from LinkedIn in October 2018. Basil also acquired the certification "Advance Your Skills as an Individual Contributor" from LinkedIn in September 2018.
