Maja Ninkovic Shapera

Maja Ninkovic Shapera possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having held significant roles such as Chief People Officer at Squirro and VP People at Mitto. Prior positions include Head of People at Mitto, Senior Talent Partner at IGT, and HR Project Lead at Infostud grupa. Maja has also served as the HR Consultancy Principal/People Strategist at People Analytics Hub/Alathea R&S. Currently pursuing a PhD in Social/Organizational Psychology at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, Maja's educational background includes studies at Penn State University.
