James Hafer

James Hafer is the current Director of Engineering at Squivr, and they have held this position since September of 2020. Prior to their current role, James was a Senior Software Engineer at Conga from April 2016 to September 2020. Conga Services is a global implementation and optimization partner with hundreds of services engagements across industries and project scopes. The company is based in Colorado with global operations in the UK and Australia.

Before their time at Conga, James was a Solutions Consultant at CRMCulture from June 2015 to April 2016. CRMCulture was acquired by Conga in April of 2016. And prior to their work in the software industry, James worked as a Personal Banker at FirstBank from May 2013 to May 2015.

James Hafer has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Colorado Boulder. James also has a minor in Business Administration and Management, General from University of Colorado Boulder. James Hafer is certified from Salesforce in Platform Developer 1, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator, and Platform App Builder.
