Kasia Stachyra

Kasia Stachyra has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kasia is currently working as a Product Designer at Squiz, starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Kasia was the Founder & Board Member of Zastawie Space Foundation, starting in 2020. In this position, they focused on providing equal opportunities in the IT industry for people from smaller rural centers.

From 2021 to 2023, Kasia worked as a Product Designer at Startup Development House. Here, they supported start-ups and enterprises in their product design processes and led the design team to improve design processes.

In 2020, Kasia worked as a Product Designer at Coders House, where they led the design department and designed UX solutions for the product.

From 2018 to 2019, Kasia worked as a Product Designer at Sagiton. Kasia delivered UX solutions, proposed graphic styles, and conducted weekly meetings to improve design processes within the company. Kasia also had a brief role as a Junior Product Designer during this time.

In 2017 and 2018, Kasia worked at Lama Media as a Content/UX specialist, introducing UX processes and leading projects. Kasia had a previous role as a Content Developer, responsible for coordinating content delivery and conducting client training on managing products.

Kasia started their career in 2013 at Money.pl as an E-commerce Specialist, coordinating orders and analyzing competitors' activity for marketing strategy. Kasia also had a previous role as an E-commerce Intern, focusing on internet marketing and small-sized company dynamics.

Before that, Kasia had roles in event promotion at Merlin RistoPub, customer service at TK Maxx, and employee service at AmRest. These roles provided their with valuable skills in event promotion, customer service, and employee support.

Kasia Stachyra has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Kasia then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management at the same university from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in 2012 to 2013, they completed Master studies at the Erasmus Program in Economia e Management at Università degli Studi di Perugia.
