Jelena Der Ex Bekic has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jelena started their career at easyJet as a Financial Accountant before moving on to become a Revenue Manager in the Accounts Receivables department. Jelena then worked at KBC Banka as the Procurement Director with a focus on financial reporting and analysis. Jelena later joined NLB Banka ad Beograd, where they served as the Director of Procurement and General Affairs, with a specific focus on financial reporting and analysis. Their most recent position was with SR Technics Group, where they held the roles of Head of Repair Cost Management and Warranty, and later as the Head of Operational Procurement. In both roles, they managed teams, developed and monitored KPIs, collaborated with auditors, and implemented cost savings measures. Jelena's achievements include establishing a new team and centralizing processes, creating cost transparency reports, and achieving annual cost savings of 10% from budget.

Jelena Der Ex Bekic completed a degree in Economics with a focus on Accounting and Finance at the University of Belgrade from 1994 to 1997. Jelena also obtained additional certifications including Lean CI Basic training from SR Technics Group and Leadership training from Gi Group in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
