Matthias Düllmann

Matthias Düllmann has a diverse work experience starting in 2023 as the Chief Executive Officer at SR Technics Group. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP Global Head of Controlling at the same company from 2019 to 2023. Before joining SR Technics Group, Düllmann worked at Roland Berger as a Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2017. Matthias also held the position of Managing Director at Reusch Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as the CFO/ Assistant to Managing Director at Reusch GmbH from 2006 to 2009 and as an Auditor at EY in 2005. Düllmann also had an internship as an Inhouse Consultant at DaimlerChrysler in 2005 and worked as the European Representative at Advancing California's Emerging Technologies in 2004.

Matthias Düllmann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St.Gallen, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Matthias also participated in a leadership program at Esade from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they attained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Reutlingen University during the period from 2002 to 2006. Lastly, Matthias obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University in 2004-2005. Currently, they hold a certification in "Communicating for Impact" from Harvard Business School, obtained in 2023.
